Stuti Sahajpal
Co-Founder and Coach
Stuti Sahajpal is a founding partner of Alumnor Change, providing executive coaching and change management support to enable individuals and teams to manage successful change in personal leadership and business contexts.
Prior to this, Stuti held various positions with American Express over a period of 13 years, including Vice President Business Strategy for Global Network & International Card Services EMEA and Global Network Services, as well as roles in planning, pricing and business development in Global Merchant Services Europe, building broad experience in payments strategy and general business management.
Before joining American Express, Stuti worked for over 10 years in the energy industry globally, including with Citibank Global Asset Management as Vice President Emerging Markets Equity Analysis, and Arthur D Little as a management consultant.
The common thread through Stuti’s career has been one of evolution in leadership and business contexts, both personally and in enabling others to make transitions. Her current practice focuses on the passion she has for this, building on deep experience in supporting teams to address business change successfully, e.g. organisational structure and culture development, creation of new product businesses and responding to industry/competitive changes, as well as enabling personal career transitions, such as role change from a functional expert to general manager.
Her core beliefs are that organisational change is most effective when people are genuinely put front and centre, while the ingredients for successful personal evolution are a mixture of emotion (real self-awareness) and logic (analysing your situational context and options), baked with really being true to yourself and trusting your instincts.
Stuti holds an MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, as well as certifications from the Change Management Institute and Academy of Executive Coaching.
In her spare time, Stuti is a voracious reader and has a passion for travel and experiencing different cultures, including global cuisines (which has led to some interesting experiences!). She is also involved in various voluntary activities focusing on helping others achieve their full potential, particularly with regard to education and literacy, including with Beanstalk reading charity, One Degree student mentoring and as a coach for Teach First.
